This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. 


Muay Thai is regarded as one of the most effective standing and striking martial arts, gaining popularity with its success in mixed martial arts competitions.  


New students will start training proper footwork and stance. From there, you’ll be able to effectively use the punch, elbow, kick and knee.
